• Everyone driving and riding is required to fill out our online waiver found in your confirmation e-mail. – All minors riding on boat must be claimed on a waiver filled out by their legal parent or guardian.
• If legal parent or guardian is not attending they still need to fill out a waiver in order to claim their minor
• Credit card pre-authorization or cash damage deposit of $2,500 required at the time of rental.
